COMMISSIONED ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC PROJECTS

The artists of the KAARNA collective create unique, site-specific works that bring vibrancy, layers, and meaning to public spaces.

Our work is inspired by nature, history, and everyday life – we combine art and architecture into cohesive entities that live in dialogue with their surroundings and speak across generations.

Why KAARNA?

  • Individual, handcrafted works by artists and artisans from Eastern Finland

  • Always designed in harmony with the space, architecture, and its users

  • Collaboration with clients and architects from start to finish

The commissioning process is simple:

  1. Get in touch – let’s discuss your wishes and ideas

  2. We design the artwork together

  3. We create and install the finished piece within the agreed schedule
